We’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager who can bridge the gap between our creative team and our clients — ensuring smooth communication, consistent project delivery, and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency.
• Understand client goals, business objectives, and ensure all deliverables align with them.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, marketing, and development) to ensure timely project execution.
• Prepare and present campaign reports, performance reviews, and improvement strategies.
• Maintain healthy, long-term relationships with existing clients while identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage client expectations and handle any issues or feedback with professionalism.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and setting clear communication workflows.
• Keep track of project timelines, payments, and deliverables using CRM tools or project management software.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience (1–3 years) in client servicing, business development, or account management within a marketing or creative agency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of social media marketing, branding, and digital campaigns will be an added advantage.
• A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment.
