About the Role: GudMed is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Client Relationship Manager who will act as a vital bridge between hospitals and the internal GudMed team. This role is focused on maintaining strong post-sales relationships, ensuring service satisfaction, and supporting ongoing business growth. You will be responsible for visiting hospitals, meeting with doctors and hospital IT staff, and ensuring that our services are being delivered effectively and seamlessly. Your efforts will directly impact client satisfaction and service quality. Key Responsibilities: Act as the point of contact between GudMed and hospital partners. Visit hospitals and clinics across Delhi NCR (and occasionally outstation) to ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain strong post-sales relationships with doctors and hospital IT teams. Address client queries, coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution. Identify service gaps or additional needs and report them efficiently. Support sales team during active sales visits when required. Requirements: Graduate (Post-graduation will be an added advantage). Must be tech-savvy and quick to adapt to digital tools. Experience in sales or post-sales client service is a strong plus. Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi . Should be hardworking, self-driven, and willing to travel extensively within Delhi NCR and outside locations as required. What We Offer: Fixed monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000.
