Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) who is deeply interested in the field of child development and is eager to grow into a long-term role within this space. The CRM will serve as a bridge between families and our internal team, ensuring that each child’s developmental needs are being addressed as per structured checklists, that the family is supported and compliant, and that the delivery of service is smooth, empathetic, and goal-aligned.

This role blends client care, checklist compliance, coordination, and proactive engagement to ensure outcomes are not just promised, but delivered.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)1. Child-Centric Progress Oversight

  • Ensure that each child's progress is tracked according to the Developmental GPS and programme checklists
  • Identify red flags in developmental stagnation or missed steps and flag them internally
  • Assist in aligning therapy and parental action to child-specific developmental requirements

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned parents/families
  • Maintain a warm, proactive, and professional rapport with families
  • Respond to queries, concerns, or emotional resistance with empathy and solution focus

3. Compliance & Checklist Tracking

  • Ensure completion of action steps both by internal team (therapists, coaches) and the client side (parents)
  • Follow up with team members and clients to ensure task compliance
  • Flag non-compliance early and coordinate course correction

4. Installment Collection & Payment Coordination

  • Monitor and manage scheduled payments/installments
  • Send reminders, explain deliverables, and ensure clarity on service milestones linked to payments
  • Handle objections professionally and escalate issues when needed

5. Client Experience & Retention

  • Ensure that the family experience across the programme is smooth, supported, and goal-aligned
  • Maintain data logs of key communications, concerns raised, and resolution steps
  • Work with leadership to improve retention and family satisfaction

Who This Role Is Ideal For

  • Strong interest in the field of child development, early intervention, or special needs education
  • Prior experience in client servicing, relationship management, or coordination is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, follow-up, and documentation skills
  • Emotionally grounded and able to engage meaningfully with parents under stress
  • Fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English
  • Willingness to learn deeply and be groomed for a long-term career in neurodevelopmental support
