Client Relationship Manager (Female)

Job Summary:-

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the financial industry and be comfortable handling customer onboarding and client communication. The candidate must be customer-centric and able to manage client queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage end-to-end customer onboarding.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to support client needs.
• Ensure a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
• Prior experience in the financial industry is required.

Requirements:-

• 2 - 3 years of experience (financial industry preferred).
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Customer-centric and responsible.
• Female candidates preferred.

• Good Communication skills.
• Knowledge of the financial industry.
• Customer Onboarding Efficiency: Completing client onboarding accurately and within the defined timelines.
• Client Query Resolution: Responding to and resolving client queries quickly and effectively.
• Customer Satisfaction Score: Maintaining high satisfaction levels through professional communication and support.
• Accuracy in Documentation: Ensuring all onboarding documents and client details are handled with 100% accuracy.
• Response Time: Providing timely replies to all client messages and queries.
