Client Relationship Manager (CRM)

Role Overview: As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales and leading a high-performance team. Your primary focus will involve conducting virtual meetings with inbound leads, presenting our products/services effectively, building trust with potential clients, guiding leads through the decision-making process, maintaining records, and collaborating with other teams to optimize the lead journey. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct virtual meetings via Google Meet with inbound leads to understand their needs. - Present products/services in a compelling and personalized manner. - Build trust and rapport with potential clients by addressing their questions and concerns. - Guide leads through the decision-making process and successfully close sales. - Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using our CRM system. - Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to enhance the lead journey to senior management. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in digital marketing sales or a related field. - Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Leadership skills to effectively motivate and guide a sales team. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Knowledge of industry and market trends. - Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude. - Strong networking skills to establish professional relationships. - Proficiency in English; additional languages would be a plus.,
