What You Will Do

• Ensure client leads are met after order placement.
• Provide exceptional after sales service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Actively solicit and analyze client feedback.
• Manage client service from order placement to payment collection.
• Resolve client queries and provide comprehensive support.
• Serve as a point of contact for complaints escalating issues as needed.
• Proactively understand and address client needs.
• Manage sales and service email inboxes.
• Follow up on invoices and bills.
