Client Relationship Manager (CRM)

Role: Client Relationship Executive

Location: Anandpur, Kolkata

Experience: 3+ years

Preferred candidate: Female only

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely follow-up on all client leads and inquiries post-order placement to maintain engagement and trust.
• Provide consistent and high-quality after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Proactively seek and document honest client feedback to help improve products and services.
• Oversee the client servicing process from the moment the order is received until full payment collection is completed.
• Address and resolve client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Offer comprehensive support and guidance to clients regarding the company’s products and services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills to understand and address client issues through effective and efficient solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
