Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to cultivate positive and productive relationships with business clients. By gaining a deep understanding of the requirements of your customers, you will be able to effectively serve their needs. You will be tasked with conducting thorough market research and familiarizing yourself with relevant products to enhance your sales presentations. Engaging with customers in a professional and structured manner, whether in-person or virtually, is essential to promoting products or services successfully. Your duties will include attentively listening to customer needs, tailoring your presentations accordingly to drive sales, and nurturing existing client relationships through various communication channels. Additionally, you will be expected to proactively reach out to potential customers through cold calling to expand the business's client base. Swiftly responding to incoming inquiries via email or phone is crucial, as is providing customers with accurate quotations based on precise cost calculations. Negotiating sales agreements, gathering pertinent market and customer data, and addressing customer concerns to facilitate purchases are integral parts of this role. By staying informed about upcoming product enhancements and engaging in discussions about special promotions, you will contribute to the growth and success of the business. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits such as health insurance, paid sick leave, and a provident fund. Proficiency in English is preferred for this role, and work will primarily be conducted in person at the specified location.,
