Floor Supervisor

As a team member in this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with service advisors and technicians. Your duties will include ensuring cleanliness on the floor daily, managing manpower availability, and receiving and reviewing job cards from service advisors. You will calculate the necessary time for each vehicle and assign tasks to technicians based on delivery timelines. Monitoring the work performance of technicians and inspecting the service process will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will maintain transparent records of allotments and inspect the availability of materials such as oil, grease, diesel, and other necessary items. Outdoor job management and settlement of billing records will also fall under your purview. This position requires full-time availability and offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund. The schedule is a day shift with a yearly bonus included.
