Job Description

Client Concierge – Roles & Responsibilities 🛎️ 1. Personalized Client Experience ·        Act as the first point of contact for all high-touch client interactions. ·        Build strong relationships with VIP and repeat clients, ensuring every interaction feels curated and exclusive. ·        Understand client preferences and personalize recommendations, gifts, or offerings accordingly.   📦 2. Order Coordination & Fulfillment ·        Coordinate with production, packaging, and dispatch teams to ensure timely and flawless deliveries. ·        Double-check customizations, handwritten notes, and special packaging for luxury orders. ·        Ensure all orders meet luxury standards before dispatch.   📞 3. Communication & Follow-ups ·        Handle client queries via WhatsApp, email, and calls with utmost professionalism and warmth. ·        Follow up with client’s post-purchase for feedback and nurture future opportunities. ·        Send order confirmations, dispatch updates, and reminders for key dates (e.g., anniversaries, events).   🎁 4. Gifting & Occasion Management ·        Maintain a gifting calendar for top clients and corporate accounts. ·        Suggest ideal products based on the occasion, recipient, and brand tone. ·        Oversee luxury wrapping, notes, and delivery for client gifting.   🗂️ 5. CRM & Data Management ·        Maintain and regularly update client profiles with preferences, order history, and key dates. ·        Segment and tag clients for marketing, loyalty, and retention strategies.   💬 6. Brand Representation ·        Represent the brand’s voice and values in every interaction — polished, warm, and refined. ·        Be knowledgeable about the brand story, ingredients, product range, and seasonal launches.   🌟 7. Upselling & Client Retention ·        Suggest new launches, limited editions, or exclusive offers to relevant clients. ·        Identify opportunities for premium experiences (e.g., private tastings, early access to launches). ·        Build long-term trust to ensure client loyalty and referrals.   🎨 8. Event & Experience Support (as needed) ·        Assist with luxury pop-ups, tastings, or brand events where client-facing presence is required. ·        Welcome guests, guide them through the collection, and ensure a memorable brand experience.
