Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring that you understand their needs and coordinate with internal teams to provide timely solutions. Your aim will be to ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering excellent service, addressing complaints promptly and professionally, and maintaining accurate client records, contracts, and communication history. Additionally, you will support the sales/business development team in client retention and upselling opportunities, and provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to management. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment - Previous experience in client management or customer service is preferred The company provides Provident Fund benefits and prefers proficiency in English for this role.
