In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring that you understand their needs and coordinate with internal teams to provide timely solutions. Your aim will be to ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering excellent service, addressing complaints promptly and professionally, and maintaining accurate client records, contracts, and communication history. Additionally, you will support the sales/business development team in client retention and upselling opportunities, and provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to management.
