Job Description

Job Summary The Counselor Officer will be responsible for managing incoming leads, making outbound sales calls, guiding prospective customers/students through the decision-making process, and achieving assigned conversion targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and strong sales orientation. Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Follow-Up Handle inbound inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, CRM, or walk-ins. Make proactive outbound calls to new and existing leads to generate interest and qualify prospects. Maintain timely follow-up with potential clients to maximize conversion opportunities. Update and manage lead information in CRM/software regularly. Sales & Counseling Understand customer needs and provide accurate information on products, services, courses, or programs. Deliver professional counseling to guide customers through their selection and enrollment/booking process. Present offerings clearly, addressing queries and objections to close sales successfully. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, revenue, and conversion targets. Customer Service & Relationship Building Create a positive customer experience through a friendly and supportive approach. Build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-up and engagement. Provide post-sales support when required. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth customer onboarding. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and performance updates. Maintain high accuracy and professionalism in documentation and communication. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred). Prior experience in lead management, telesales, counseling, or customer service is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion, presentation, and negotiation skills. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to handle pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualities Friendly, patient, and empathetic approach to customers. Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership. Quick learner with the ability to understand product/service details
