Client Relationship Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Executive to strengthen client engagement and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic bridge between the organization and our clients—ensuring satisfaction, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining long-term relationships and trust.
• Understand client needs and business objectives to offer tailored solutions aligned with company offerings.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or product upgrades.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Marketing, HR, and Operations) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed client records, communication logs, and performance reports.
• Follow up on renewals, payments, and service feedback to ensure retention and recurring business.
• Address client queries or escalations promptly, ensuring positive resolutions and continuous improvement.
• Participate in strategic review meetings and contribute insights for enhancing client experience.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients with attention to detail.
• Sound understanding of sales, negotiation, and upselling techniques.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a solution-driven approach.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹9,196.91 - ₹20,000.00 per month
