Job Description – Front Desk Executive* *Location:* Sunshine by Lissun – Child Development Center *Position:* Front Desk Executive *Employment Type:* Full-time ### *About Sunshine by Lissun* Sunshine by Lissun is a dedicated child development center focused on providing holistic care, therapy, and support for children and their families. We believe in creating a warm, professional, and structured environment where families feel supported and cared for. *Role Overview* We are seeking a *Front Desk Executive* who will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective client communication, and maintaining an organized system for scheduling, payments, and reporting. *Key Responsibilities* * *Client Interaction & Support*  * Welcome clients and families warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.  * Provide information about schedules, therapies, and therapist availability.  * Maintain proactive and empathetic communication with clients. * *Scheduling & Coordination*  * Manage therapist schedules, appointments, and client bookings.  * Track therapist attendance and update records accurately.  * Update internal support software with client and session details. * *Payments & Reporting*  * Collect and record payments from clients.  * Generate and share consultation reports with families post-session.  * Maintain accurate payment records and share regular updates with management. * *Feedback & Relationship Management*  * Call clients post-sessions for feedback and suggestions.  * Build and nurture long-term client relationships through timely communication.  * Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary. * *Administrative Support*  * Maintain front office decorum and client-facing documentation.  * Assist the center manager and therapists with day-to-day operational requirements. --- *Desired Skills & Qualities* * Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English and local language preferred). * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. * Proficiency in using computer systems, scheduling tools, and basic office software. * Customer-first mindset with empathy, patience, and professionalism. * Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality. --- *Qualifications* * Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Administration background preferred). * 1–3 years of experience in a front desk, client servicing, or administrative role (experience in healthcare/wellness/childcare centers will be an added advantage). --- *What We Offer* * A warm, professional work environment. * Opportunities to grow in client relationship management and healthcare administration. * The chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.
