🔑 Key Responsibilities:
* Build and manage relationships with HNI and retail clients.
* Understand clients’ financial goals and offer tailored investment solutions (stocks, derivatives, mutual funds, insurance, etc.).
* Meet sales targets for broking, demat accounts, and other financial products.
* Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and internal policies.
* Handle client queries and ensure high service standards.
* Generate leads via referrals, networking, and cold calling.
* Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
* Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
* Experience in stock broking, wealth management, or financial sales is a plus.
