Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-centric Client Relationship Executive to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, conduct product demos, facilitate onboarding, and provide exceptional post-sale support. You will play a key role in building strong, lasting relationships with clients and ensuring their success with Ainvox.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement & Sales Support

  • Make outbound calls to leads generated by marketing or inbound channels.
  • Understand client requirements and clearly communicate how Ainvox meets their needs.
  • Schedule and conduct live product demonstrations (via Zoom/Google Meet/phone).
  • Assist in preparing customized solutions or pricing based on client needs.

Client Onboarding & Product Setup

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth setup and activation.
  • Provide training and walkthroughs of the Ainvox platform features.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and check-ins.
  • Act as a point of contact for client queries, concerns, or feature requests.

After-Sales Support

  • Troubleshoot client issues and coordinate with technical teams when needed.
  • Ensure timely resolution of support tickets or service requests.
  • Educate clients on best practices to maximize the value from Ainvox.

Feedback & Improvements

  • Collect client feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of client experience and internal processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client-facing roles like Sales, Customer Success, or Support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (regional languages a plus).
  • Strong presentation and demo skills (online and telephonic).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and cloud-based platforms is an advantage.
  • Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving attitude.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹27,149.25 per month
