Business Development Intern

Role Overview:
We are looking for energetic and proactive interns to join our business development team. Your primary responsibility will be to support customer onboarding activities through telecalling and follow-ups, helping new clients get started with our services smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective and newly signed-up customers over phone/email/WhatsApp.
• Assist customers during the onboarding process.
• Explain product features, clarify doubts, and ensure smooth activation.
• Collect feedback and report customer requirements to the team.
• Maintain accurate call records and follow-up schedules.

What We’re Looking For:

• Good communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus).
• Interest in sales, customer success, or business development.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools like MS Office, CRM, etc.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
