Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Schedule and coordinate client and internal meetings.
Attend shoots, client meetings, and site visits as a company representative.
Support the team in preparing presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and vendors.
Follow up on leads via email, phone, and in-person interactions.
Support social media or marketing initiatives as required.
Take detailed notes during meetings and ensure action items are followed up.
Work closely with the creative and production teams to align business goals with project execution.
