Job Description

As a Customer Relation Executive (CRE) at Ainvox, you play a crucial role in maximizing our clients" utilization of the cloud telephony platform. Your primary responsibilities involve fostering strong client relationships, offering expert guidance, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive their business growth. Your key responsibilities include maintaining and updating client contact databases accurately, engaging both active and potential clients to enhance platform adoption by showcasing the benefits of features such as automated call campaigns and call masking. You will promptly address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback to deliver a seamless experience, and log essential details from client interactions in our CRM system for consistency. Additionally, you will communicate client commitments to the sales team to facilitate subscription renewals or feature expansions, and track and report on client engagement metrics to evaluate retention efforts. Attending regular team meetings to align on performance goals and share insights is also part of your role, all while upholding professionalism and respect in all client interactions. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Customer Relation Executive, hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, and exhibit high proficiency in spoken and written English. Proficiency in Hindi is considered advantageous. Familiarity with SaaS business models and client lifecycle management, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish client trust, are essential. You must be able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment and demonstrate a genuine passion for assisting clients in achieving success through innovative communication solutions. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The preferred educational qualification is a Bachelor's degree, and the preferred experience includes a total of 1 year of work experience, specifically as a Customer Relation Executive for 1 year. Proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred, and the work location is in person.,
