Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Provide after-sales support to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
Develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer retention rates.

Job Requirements :

1-4 years of experience in after-sales support or related field (e.g., customer management).
A strong understanding of the Kannada language is required.
Excellent client relationship skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Proven track record of excellent customer retention rates.
