Job Title: Client Relationship Management Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Client Relationship Management professional responsible for managing and nurturing existing customer relationships. The role involves identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and retaining clients for long-term business growth. The candidate should have prior experience in the banking or financial services industry and a strong ability to achieve assigned targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant products and services to existing customers.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets through effective relationship management.
• Regularly follow up with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns promptly.
• Ensure retention of existing clients and encourage long-term continuation of services.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and resolve service-related issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client support.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry is mandatory.
• Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, or account management.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales and retention targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
