Job Title: Compliance Executive – Sales
Location: Kanakkupillai Office, Chennai

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Compliance Executive – Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in assisting clients with compliance-related services and contributing to the company’s sales growth through effective client communication and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients and explain our compliance-related services (GST, ROC filings, company incorporation, etc.).
• Coordinate with the internal compliance team to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales conversions, and compliance status.
• Follow up with clients on documentation, payment, and service updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during the sales and onboarding process.
• Support sales campaigns, promotions, and other client outreach activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or compliance support (preferred in a CA firm, startup consultancy, or service company).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of business compliance processes (GST, ROC, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate between teams effectively.
