What Youll Do
As a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE), youll be the face of our company for our clientsYour job will be to build strong relationships, understand their financial needs, and help them choose the right products that fit their goals

Youll talk to clients, explain our products, answer their questions, and make sure theyre happy with our services
Plus, youll help us grow by bringing in new customers and keeping existing ones satisfied

What Youll Be Responsible For
Finding New ClientsReach out to potential customers, understand their financial needs, and introduce them to our products like RD, FD, and Gold Loans

Helping Existing ClientsBuild strong relationships with current customers, check in regularly, and offer them new financial solutions when needed

Meeting Sales GoalsWork towards sales targets by promoting our products and cross-selling wherever possible

Providing Great ServiceAnswer customer queries, help them with account-related issues, and make sure theyre satisfied with our services

Keeping Things in OrderMake sure all the paperwork is in place and that everything follows legal and company rules

Staying UpdatedKeep yourself informed about the latest trends in finance so you can give the best advice to our clients
