We are looking for a dynamic and communicative Female Client Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between our clients and our internal teams. If you have a flair for managing business relationships and ensuring client satisfaction, we want to meet you!
Note: Prior experience in Recruitment is NOT mandatory. We are looking for candidates strong in Client Handling/Servicing. However, recruitment knowledge is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
Coordination: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
Requirement Handling: Communicate client requirements clearly to the internal team and follow up on progress.
Problem Solving: Address client queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Reporting: Prepare reports on account status and client feedback.
Candidate Requirements
Gender: Female Candidates Only.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in Client Handling, Customer Success, or Account Coordination.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Bonus Skill: Previous experience in the Recruitment/Staffing industry is an added advantage (but not required).
Work Details & Benefits
Work Schedule: 6- Day Work Week (5 Days Work From Office + 1 Day Work From Home).
Office Location: Ideally located next to Garudachar Palya Metro Station (Easy commute). Bangalore
