Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Make 15-20 client calls per day Act as the main point of contact for client queries and concerns. Understand client needs and provide solutions aligned with their goals. Ensure timely and successful delivery of our services according to client requirements. Regularly communicate with clients to inform them of new offerings and gather feedback. Coordinate internally with different departments to fulfill client requests. Handle client escalations in a professional and timely manner. Maintain client records and update CRM systems.
