Key Responsibilities: Identify, pitch, and onboard brands, agencies, and media buyers for advertising and sponsorship opportunities on the platform. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across sectors FMCG, Fintech, Edtech, Auto, etc. Sell inventory including pre-rolls, mid-rolls, banners, branded content, and integrations. Work closely with the marketing, content, and ad operations teams to craft effective sales proposals. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through new business and repeat sales. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine our media offerings. Represent the company in industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings. Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and CRM updates. Requirements: 4-8 years of sales experience in media, digital advertising Strong network across media agencies and direct brand partners. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
