Client Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to client communication via

  email, phone calls, and Slack

• Handle client

  escalations

  professionally and proactively
• Ensure timely resolution of issues by coordinating with internal departments (ops, design, tech, etc.)
• Track, document, and follow up on client requests and ensure nothing slips through the cracks
• Maintain strong ongoing relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Contribute ideas to improve our service quality and client experience
