At Fitmotivation by Shilpa Narang , we're passionate about helping our clients achieve their fitness goals through Pilates. We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing client inquiries, converting leads into sales, and building strong relationships with our clients to ensure their retention and loyalty. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inquiry Management: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media, providing information about our Pilates services, pricing, and promotions.

2. Lead Conversion: Convert leads into sales by scheduling trials, consultations, and sessions, and following up with potential clients to close deals.

3. Client Onboarding: Welcome new clients, provide studio tours, and introduce them to our instructors and services.

4. Client Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication, feedback, and personalized support to ensure their retention and loyalty.

5. Client Retention: Identify and address client concerns, provide solutions, and offer loyalty programs and incentives to retain clients.

6. Sales and Marketing Support: Collaborate with the studio owner/manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

7. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and retention using our studio management software.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.

2. Skills:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

- Proficient in studio management software and Microsoft Office.

3. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, exercise science) preferred.

4. Certifications: Pilates certification or fitness industry certification (e.g., ACE, NASM) an asset.
