Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our corporate gifting division. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for client servicing, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and vendors.

Roles and Responsibilities

Client Interaction:

• Engage with clients to understand their gifting requirements and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with key clients.

Quotation & Catalogue Preparation:

• Prepare accurate and well-presented quotations and product catalogues tailored to client needs.

CRM Management:

• Use CRM tools to manage leads, track orders, and monitor client interactions for informed decision-making.

Coordination with Vendors and Teams:

• Collaborate with vendors, branding partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Upselling & Business Growth:

• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
• Contribute to achieving sales and client retention targets.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (additional languages preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client accounts.
• Background in corporate gifting, marketing, or B2B client management is preferred.
