Client Relation Manager

Job Title: Client Relations Manager Location: Hilite Business Park,Calicut. Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in client servicing or account management (In advertising/marketing) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Client Relations Manager to join our growing advertising team. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered smoothly, on time, and aligned with client goals. Key Responsibilities: Client Servicing: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Campaign Management: Coordinate with internal departments (creative, strategy, media, etc.) to execute campaigns effectively. Project Oversight: Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Brief Development: Work with clients to understand needs and translate them into actionable briefs for the creative team. Reporting: Track project performance, timelines, and KPIs, and report regularly to clients. Feedback & Revisions: Collect and manage client feedback and ensure prompt and accurate revisions. Upselling Services: Identify opportunities to pitch additional services or campaigns to existing clients. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing role in an advertising, marketing, or media agency. Strong understanding of advertising processes and project lifecycles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Decision making skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bachelor's in graduation preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience working with digital and social media campaigns. Knowledge of branding and market strategy. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
