About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented CRM Executive to manage daily client interactions and ensure a smooth office experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will be the face of the brand — responsible for welcoming clients, handling walk-ins, managing inquiries, and maintaining long-term relationships that reflect the brand’s values and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist walk-in clients, ensuring a positive and memorable in-store experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Manage client follow-ups, after-sales service, and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve issues with a customer-first approach.
  • Support in organizing client meetings, events, and brand experiences.
  • Prepare reports on client interactions, preferences, and purchase trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
