Sr. Associate / Client Relations Manager

Location:

Okhla Phase 2,New Delhi

2-4 years in sales, client servicing, or events

About The Role

Manage inbound leads from initial inquiry to successful artist booking.
Engage with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand needs and budgets.
Pitch relevant artists, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Coordinate with artist managers and maintain CRM updates.

Requirements

Strong background in consultative/high-ticket sales or client relations.
Excellent communication skills to handle diverse clients (CXOs, families, brands).
Proactive, persuasive, and detail-oriented.
Familiar with CRMs, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
Media/entertainment/event background is a plus.
