Position Overview

We are seeking a Client Relations Manager who can act as the primary bridge between our clients and creative teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, understanding their business goals, and ensuring smooth project execution from brief to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong and long-term relationships.
• Understand client requirements, objectives, and challenges to provide strategic input and creative solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, and production) to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Manage multiple client accounts, monitor ongoing campaigns, and prepare performance reports.
• Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of agency services.
• Handle client feedback constructively and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, client meetings, and presentation preparations.
• Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• MBA preferred (Marketing / Brand Management specialization is an advantage).
• Previous experience in an advertising or marketing agency (minimum 2–4 years) is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools.
• Ability to work full-time from our Malappuram office.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
