Client Partner

You will be responsible for leading key client accounts as a Client Partner with a primary focus on strategic account management (60%) and delivery oversight (40%). Your role is crucial in nurturing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful execution of all deliverables. As a Client Partner, you will also oversee a team of Client Delivery Managers and act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have over 15 years of experience in client-facing positions involving both account management and delivery. Demonstrated proficiency in managing enterprise accounts with revenue responsibilities is essential. A background in AI, automation, technology services, or healthcare delivery would be advantageous. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can seamlessly transition from planning to hands-on execution. This is a full-time position with a night shift schedule. The work location is on-site.
