Description and Requirements

Building and Maintaining Relationships: Developing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

. Point of Contact: Acting as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters

. Negotiating Contracts: Handling contract negotiations and closing agreements to maximize profits

. Client Communication: Addressing client queries and identifying new business opportunities among existing customers

. Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams (like Customer Service and Product Development) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs

. Sales and Reporting: Preparing sales reports and meeting sales quotas while keeping clients engaged with the company's products and services
