Client Communication & Coordination Executive

We’re looking for a sharp, well-spoken, and organized professional who can be the communication bridge between our clients and creative team.

If you’re someone who can think strategically like a Millennial but vibe and communicate like Gen Z — this role’s for you.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs for designers, editors, and developers.
• Manage WhatsApp, email, and call-based communication with clients.
• Track project timelines, collect approvals, and ensure smooth workflow between departments.
• Prepare basic reports, follow up on deliverables, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Handle day-to-day coordination for ongoing social media and branding projects.
• Communicate effectively in

  English and Hindi

  (written + verbal).

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of social media, branding, and digital marketing basics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay organized.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
• Laptop, good internet connection, and availability for calls during working hours.
• Prior agency or coordination experience (preferred, not mandatory).
