Client Manager

As a Client Manager at Landor's Mumbai studio, you will be responsible for project management for client brands, identifying growth opportunities in client relationships, and partnering with various teams to deliver successful client projects. You will become an expert on your clients" organizations and brands, aligning their business needs with Landor's capabilities. Your role will involve sparking intrigue, identifying opportunities, and effectively selling new business. Attention to detail is crucial, ensuring error-free presentations, proposals, and communications. Key Responsibilities: - Take the lead on project management for one or more client brands. - Identify opportunities to grow client relationships. - Partner with Strategy, Design, Naming, Research, and Brand Engagement teams to deliver on client projects. - Become an expert on your clients" organization and brand, aligning their business needs with Landor's capabilities. - Spark intrigue, spot opportunities for your clients, and successfully sell new business. - Ensure all presentations, proposals, and communications are error-free and of the highest quality. Qualifications Required: - Strong project management skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines. - Previous experience in successfully leading client projects in a brand/design agency. - Ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally. - Good communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with clients at all levels.,
