Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design and drive a
robust Performance Management System
(goal setting, reviews, calibration, outcomes)
Ensure
strategy-to-goal translation
across levels (org function role individual)
Advise leaders on
performance conversations, rating decisions, and consequence management
Provide HR advisory on
organization structure, role clarity, PMScompensation linkage, and capability building
Analyse performance data and present
insights to leadership
for decision-making
Act as a trusted partner to business heads on
people, productivity, and performance issues
Support change initiatives to embed a
performance-driven culture

Preferred candidate profile

5-6 years of progressive experience in
HR, HRBP, or HR Advisory / Consulting
Proven, hands-on experience in
designing, implementing, and governing Performance Management Systems
Experience working closely with
CXOs / Business Heads / Promoters
Exposure to
manufacturing, MSME, or growth-stage organizations
preferred
Experience in both
strategy and execution
(not only policy design)
