Client Engagement Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Act as the

  first point of contact

  for all inbound leads (calls, emails, website, walk-ins)
• Understand client requirements including

  team size, budget, location, timeline, and workspace type

• Present suitable

  workspace solutions

  (coworking, private offices, managed offices)
• Qualify leads and assess

  fit and readiness

  before passing to the closing team
• Schedule and coordinate

  site visits / virtual tours

• Maintain regular

  follow-ups

  to move prospects through the sales funnel
• Prepare and share

  basic proposals, pricing ranges, and availability

• Update and manage leads in

  CRM / lead tracking systems

• Coordinate with

  sales, operations, and facility teams

  for smooth client experience
• Ensure high levels of

  client responsiveness and professionalism

• Meet defined

  lead conversion, follow-up, and engagement KPIs

Preferred candidate profile

Experience & Background

• 13 years of experience in

  client engagement, pre-sales, inside sales, or customer acquisition

• Experience in

  real estate, coworking, managed offices, or B2B services

  is a plus
• Prior exposure to

  startups or fast-paced environments

  preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong

  communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident in handling

  first conversations

  with founders, startups, and corporate clients
• Good

  follow-up discipline

  and attention to detail
• Ability to understand client needs and

  position solutions, not just sell

• Comfortable using

  CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email

• Basic understanding of

  commercial leasing concepts

  is an advantage
• Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented
