Design Coordination Executive bengaluru 0 - 3 years INR 2.0 - 3.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities 1. Design Support Assist in preparing layout drawings, working drawings, and basic 3D views Modify drawings as per client feedback and site conditions Support senior designers in space planning and material selections Ensure drawings align with project scope and cost considerations 2. Quantity Surveying & Estimation Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings for interiors and fit-outs Assist in creating BOQs and cost estimates 3. Coordination & Project Support Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for drawings and quantities Support the project team with documentation and updates Attend site visits as required to verify quantities and execution status 4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain drawing revisions, BOQs, and vendor records Ensure timely sharing of drawings and data with internal teams Assist in preparing project status reports and summaries Preferred candidate profile Education Diploma / Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering , or related field Experience 0–3 years of experience in interior design, fit-out projects, or design studios Exposure to retail / office / commercial interiors is preferred Technical Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (mandatory) Working knowledge of MS Excel for quantities and BOQs Basic understanding of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods Soft Skills Good coordination and follow-up skills Attention to detail and accuracy , especially in quantities Clear communication skills with vendors and internal teams Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Additional Advantages Prior exposure to BOQ preparation and cost estimation Willingness to travel to project sites Strong organizational and documentation skills
