Design Coordination Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Design Support

• Assist in preparing

  layout drawings, working drawings, and basic 3D views

• Modify drawings as per

  client feedback and site conditions

• Support senior designers in

  space planning and material selections

• Ensure drawings align with

  project scope and cost considerations

2. Quantity Surveying & Estimation

• Prepare

  quantity take-offs

  from drawings for interiors and fit-outs
• Assist in creating

  BOQs and cost estimates

3. Coordination & Project Support

• Coordinate with

  vendors, contractors, and site teams

  for drawings and quantities
• Support the project team with

  documentation and updates

• Attend

  site visits

  as required to verify quantities and execution status

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain

  drawing revisions, BOQs, and vendor records

• Ensure timely sharing of drawings and data with internal teams
• Assist in preparing

  project status reports

  and summaries

Preferred candidate profile

Education

• Diploma / Bachelors degree in

  Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering

  , or related field

Experience

• 0–3 years

  of experience in interior design, fit-out projects, or design studios
• Exposure to

  retail / office / commercial interiors

  is preferred

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  and

  SketchUp

  (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of

  MS Excel

  for quantities and BOQs
• Basic understanding of

  interior materials, finishes, and execution methods

Soft Skills

• Good

  coordination and follow-up skills

• Attention to

  detail and accuracy

  , especially in quantities
• Clear

  communication skills

  with vendors and internal teams
• Ability to

  multitask and meet deadlines

  in a fast-paced environment
