Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic people to join our Client Engagement Team. The Client Engagement Executive plays a crucial role in connecting with potential skincare brand founders, understanding their requirements, preparing accurate proposals, coordinating internally, and ensuring a smooth client journey from inquiry to sampling and production. This role is central to helping clients feel confident, supported, and motivated to launch their skincare brand with Skinovation Sciences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Handling & Requirement Capture: Connect with clients over call to gather all product requirements clearly
Proposal Creation: Coordinate internally to prepare accurate, timely cost proposals. Project Coordination: Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely samples and updates.
Client Relationship Management: Stay connected, guide clients, answer queries, and keep them motivated.
Objection Handling: Address concerns on cost, MOQ, formulation, and packaging to support conversion.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain clean CRM records and share weekly status updates.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any field. Preferred degree in Science or Maths
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Preferred – Prior experience in sales
