Client Delivery Manager

As a Client Delivery Manager at cloudEQ, your primary role is to develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients and serve as a trusted advisor to the client success team. Your responsibilities will include coordinating communication, advising clients, managing client accounts and data, and preparing analytics on the performance of cloudEQ at the client. You will also be involved in strategic IT roadmap planning for each client, conducting technology proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with client success and key accounts. - Multi-task between clients and internal teams for timely and successful delivery of solutions. - Plan and develop a strategic IT roadmap for each client with an annual budget. - Manage escalations from client success and clients. - Prepare analytics on cloudEQ performance for clients. - Participate in quarterly strategic technology business review meetings with clients. - Analyze customer needs and suggest upgrades or additional features. - Conduct monthly check-in calls with all clients. - Establish, maintain, and service IT accounts for high customer satisfaction. **Day to Day Responsibilities:** - Stay updated on all active projects/services. - Develop strategies for thought leadership. - Manage metrics and escalations from clients. - Assist in quarterly strategic technology business review meetings. - Understand clients" businesses and proactively tackle issues. - Serve as a backup for client success. - Ensure accurate billing and act as a single point of contact for clients. - Work with practice leads to create offerings for clients. - Assist with resource allocation and capacity planning at the COE. **Qualifications:** - Excellent communication, management, facilitation, financial, and analytical skills. - Strong Business Acumen. - Minimum 5 years in a technical role or PM. - Located in Chandigarh. - Technical proficiency preferred but not mandatory. - Detail-oriented, results-focused, and effective leader. - Strong reading comprehension and writing skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in cloud technology. - Minimum 5 years of technical services role. - Relevant certifications in AWS, Azure, New Relic, Datadog. **Education:** - Bachelors degree in business or technology-related fields. - AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner. - MS Certified Azure Fundamentals. - New Relic Certification. - Datadog Certification. **Soft Skills:** - Listening, problem-solving, self-motivated, teamwork, adaptability, driving attitude.
