Client Data Specialist III

Role Overview: You will be working as a Client Data Specialist within the Operations team, responsible for enhancing data collection and verification processes to ensure accurate and complete KYC records. Your role will involve managing multiple tasks efficiently and leveraging digital platforms to improve processes and enhance client experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team by providing coaching and performance feedback. - Monitor individual team members" performance and provide necessary support. - Address service issues raised by internal or external customers. - Demonstrate independence in decision-making based on data and experience. - Foster effective communication within the team to ensure efficiency. - Organize workflow and delegate tasks effectively. - Support client onboarding processes, including AML and KYC requirements. Qualifications Required: - Ability to develop, manage, coach, and motivate teams. - Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements. - Knowledge of banking products. - Experience in leading process and organizational change. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide viable solutions. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to cope with change. Additional Details: Previous experience in AML, Compliance, Fraud, KYC, or Operational Risk is advantageous. Proficiency in mainframe and PC systems, with advanced skills in MS Office. Prior experience in managing high-performing teams is preferred.,
