Role Description

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship and Communication

  • Act as the

    primary point of contact

    for 8–10 clients.
  • Manage WhatsApp groups/emails for approvals, feedback, and updates.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly check-ins with clients to review performance & plan ahead.
  • Escalate critical issues to CEO before they become problems.

Project and Delivery Management

  • Translate client requirements into clear tasks for Writers, Editors, and Shoot team.
  • Maintain Clickup and Content Calendar for each client (scripts, shoots, edits, posting).
  • Track deadlines → ensure zero content gaps.
  • Oversee the full pipeline:

    Strategy → Scripts → Shoots → Editing → Posting

  • Monitor quality of output before it reaches clients.

Performance Tracking

  • Track engagement metrics (views, reach, comments, leads).
  • Prepare simple monthly performance reports for each client.
  • Suggest improvements to increase client ROI.
  • Prepare simple monthly reports for team and delivery to monitor internal cycle

Client Retention and Relationship

  • Build long-term trust by providing proactive ideas (trend jacking, campaign ideas, new formats).
  • Spot upsell opportunities (more reels, LinkedIn posts, podcast add-ons, workshops).
  • Ensure

    renewals happen smoothly

    (no drop-offs due to poor communication).

Internal Coordinations

  • Daily stand-ups with Writers, Editors, and SMM to track progress.
  • Maintain a

    status dashboard

    for all clients (who’s at scripting/shoot/editing stage).
  • Coordinate shoot schedules with Videographer & clients.


Key Qualifications:

Education:

Experience:

  • 1–3 years in account management, client servicing, or project management.
  • Preferably in digital marketing, content, or creative industries.
  • Experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication in both English and Tsmil (spoken & written).
  • Strong organizational & project management skills.
  • Ability to handle demanding clients calmly and professionally.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • People management skills (can align Writers, Editors, Shoots, SMM smoothly).
  • Analytical → can interpret simple performance metrics.
