Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Client Acquisition Specialist at Adora’s Kitchen, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying, targeting, and securing new corporate clients for our catering services. You will build strong relationships, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions to increase our market presence and revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events specific to the corporate sector.
  • Qualify potential clients and understand their catering needs to tailor presentations and proposals accordingly.
  • Manage the client acquisition funnel from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align client acquisition strategies with service capabilities and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, prospects, and acquisition progress using CRM tools.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the unique benefits of Adora’s Kitchen corporate catering services.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to anticipate market needs and position Adora’s Kitchen as a preferred partner.
  • Provide excellent client service post-acquisition to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development, preferably in the foodservice or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of corporate client needs and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to attend client meetings and industry events as needed.


Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of the catering industry or corporate food service is an advantage.
  • Networking skills and established contacts in the corporate sector are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
