Our platform is used by students and colleges across India, and we are expanding rapidly through institutional partnerships.

Role Overview

Client Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for assigned college accounts
• Support onboarding of new colleges—coordinate with staff and student groups
• Assist in conducting orientation sessions and training (both online & on-site)
• Monitor platform usage and engagement across assigned institutions
• Share important academic updates and resources with college users
• Maintain ongoing communication with faculty/staff and collect feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth operations
  

Who Can Apply

• Candidates with

  6 months to 1.5 years of experience

  in account management, client servicing, customer support, or operations
• Background in

  EdTech, education, or tech support

  is a plus
• Strong

  English communication skills

  (spoken and written)
• Knowledge of Tamil or other South Indian languages is an advantage
• Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple client accounts
• Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, email, and WhatsApp for coordination
