Client Account Manager

As a Client Account Manager at KODA, a full-funnel digital marketing agency in Bangalore, your role will involve overseeing client relationships, managing project activities, and serving as the main point of contact for clients. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality marketing campaigns, monitor project timelines, and proactively address client needs. Your strategic input will be crucial in aligning client objectives with customized marketing solutions to drive results. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary contact for client communications and requirements. - Build strong relationships with clients through proactive engagement and consistent delivery. - Understand client objectives and provide strategic recommendations. - Identify opportunities for account growth and develop strategies aligned with client goals. - Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and marketing assets. - Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure efficient delivery. - Facilitate collaboration among internal teams for smooth project execution. - Maintain detailed documentation of client communication, approvals, and project timelines. - Prepare periodic status reports, meeting notes, and project updates for internal and client reference. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field. - 2-5 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or marketing coordination. - Familiarity with marketing tools, project management software, and digital platforms. In this role, your performance will be measured based on client satisfaction scores, retention and renewal of client accounts, revenue growth, timeliness and quality of deliverables, and communication effectiveness. You are expected to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, strategic thinking, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
