This is not a remote role hence candidates based in Bangalore must apply. Prior agency servicing background is recommended. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Client Account Manager with an agency background. In this role, you will oversee client relationships, manage day-to-day project activities, and act as the main point of contact for clients. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns, monitor project timelines, and address client needs proactively. Additionally, the role involves strategizing to align client objectives with customized marketing solutions that drive results. 1. Role Overview The Client Account Manager (CAM) is the key liaison between the client and the internal teams of the agency. The role is central to ensuring that all client deliverables are met efficiently, creatively, and within timelines. The CAM is responsible for understanding client objectives, coordinating campaign execution, and ensuring client satisfaction. The primary goal of the Client Account Manager is to retain and grow existing client accounts, nurture relationships, and ensure high standards of service delivery across all marketing and communication initiatives. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Client Relationship Management * Act as the main point of contact for all client communications and requirements. * Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through proactive engagement and consistent delivery. * Understand client business objectives, marketing goals, and brand positioning to provide strategic input and recommendations. * Ensure client satisfaction through regular reviews, feedback collection, and timely issue resolution. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client businesses, competitors, and industry trends. C. Project & Campaign Management * Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, digital, media, production, etc.) to deliver high-quality campaigns and marketing assets. * Translate client briefs into actionable internal briefs ensuring clarity, timelines, and expectations are well defined. * Oversee the day-to-day management of client campaigns from ideation and planning to execution and reporting. * Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure efficient delivery and profitability. * Review all deliverables for quality, accuracy, and alignment with client expectations before submission. D. Internal Team Coordination * Facilitate collaboration among teams for smooth project execution. * Ensure the internal team has the required information, clarity, and resources to deliver on client needs. * Conduct regular internal status meetings to track progress and address any roadblocks. * Manage timelines and ensure all deliverables meet both internal and client quality standards. E.
