Drive account mining and expansion, identifying opportunities to open new verticals/domains and maximize wallet share. Lead efforts to acquire new client logos, positioning the company as a preferred staffing partner. Develop quarterly and annual revenue growth strategies, ensuring consistent business expansion. Anticipate market shifts and client hiring trends, providing accurate forecasts and insights to leadership. Partner with company leadership to secure and manage CXO/leadership-level meetings with clients. Negotiate high-value contracts, optimize margins, and establish long-term commercial partnerships. Oversee delivery excellence by aligning recruitment teams with client needs, ensuring SLA adherence. Track and report account health, revenue forecasts, and growth projections to senior management. Proactively resolve escalations, ensuring client confidence and long-term retention. Requirements 6 to 11 years of experience in IT staffing, with at least 6 years in strategic account/client management. Proven track record in account mining, revenue growth, and new client acquisition. Strong commercial acumen with expertise in negotiation, forecasting, and revenue planning. Deep understanding of IT hiring trends, staffing market dynamics, and compliance requirements in India. Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence at CXO/leadership level. Flexible to work with clients across multiple geographies and time zones.
